Vermont Curators Group

The Vermont Curators Group was founded in 2016 to bring curators from across the state together to connect and collaborate. Membership now includes more than 60 cultural institutions specializing in art, design, history, science, and craft from every corner of the state.

In addition to the statewide initiative, VCG meets a few times a year to network and share successes and lessons learned. Join us! Email VermontCuratorsGroup@gmail.com.

2020 Vision Initiative

Next year, 30+ cultural institutions from every corner of Vermont will collaborate on a suite of exhibitions on a single theme 2020 Vision: Seeing the World Through Technology. Chosen to highlight the important ways that technology and innovation have changed how we see our world, 2020 Vision invites you to explore ideas of traditional Yankee ingenuity juxtaposed with conversations about culture and diversity that are relevant to the present day.

Led by the Vermont Curators Group, this initiative will push the boundaries of what it means to have conversations about technology, innovation, and culture in Vermont. Check back this fall for a full listing of exhibitions throughout the state. What will you see with 2020 Vision?
